I change my computer/server, how do i backup and restore (or transfer) the data in Print My Fax?

It is amazingly easy to backup all your data, copy the following folder to your backup device (usb key / cloud / hdd / Floppy! / ...) and then restore on new computer at exactly same place:

1. For Windows copy this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\PMF\

2. To new computer at exactly same place:

C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\PMF\

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you open your Windows file explorer it is possible that you don't see the folder c:\programdata, because by default it is a hidden folder in Windows, you have just to enter the folder name in the address bar on top of the file explorer:

3. Then install Print My Fax on the new computer:

NOTE: If you already run Print My Fax on new computer before copying the old data, it will not be imported, you need to quit first Print My Fax, and copy manually the files:

Then restart Print My Fax.
